Remember, all of our treatment recomendations are based on your dental health needs, not on what you or your insurance company will pay.
Prior to leaving the office or scheduling an additional appointment, we require that you make payment in full or satisfy the co-pay, deductible, or share of cost for services rendered. If you end up with a credit balance, we can issue you a check for the difference after your insurance payment arrives. First time cash patients and patients whom we cannot verify insurance coverage, Healthy Families, or Medi-Cal eligibility will be asked to pay prior to treatment.

If you have insurance, we will try to keep track of your limits, deductibles, and co-pay. However, keeping track of your balance is ultimately your responsibiliry. Some patients may exceed their limit in one year. If so, the additional fee is your responsibility. You may check your benefits by calling your insurance carrier.
Medical & Healty Families
We do not accept Medical or CMSP at this location. However, we still accept it at our other office.We are happy to annouce that we are now accepting the Healthy Families insurance program. For more information visit thier website.
